Nice rooms with a view, sensational breakfast. With wake-up service available and fabulous and amazing staff on the reception desk. Location - great, just next door to the provincial bus station, buses, and a prearranged taxi.

The location by the river and thus the Guggenheim Museum was ideal. Every morning we took this walk. The connection to the airport and the BEC is also great

Great location and nice staff
It was very loud in the room due to the fridge and attic (ventilation unit?). The room was on the 7th floor. A toilet brush in WC fell apart as well as hooks for bath towels in the bathroom. We were in this hotel several times and everything was great, but this time we were unsatisfied.

Hotel is at excellent location. Plenty of good restaurants and museums around. Atmosphere is the right mix of business and pleasure.

very spacious, comfortable and really quiet room (not facing the street, but overlooking a backyard - therefore a little dark), very clean and well maintained, friendly and helpful staff - staff gave great tips for restaurants and bars -, nice hotel bar good service
